We just wanted to give everyone paying attention a quick update as to our progress and expected launch date.  We still plan to launch our services by the end of the month and begin a nationwide marketing campaign to primarily assist homeowners in the mortgage process, or about to start, and also to begin revenue generation efforts to maintain the service at no cost to our clients.  We are certainly hopeful that all of our efforts will help as many mortgage seekers as possible and that costs will be covered, and maybe even be able to pay our Mortgage Pilots™ for their work.

For those of you have been following our work thus far, you may have noticed some changes to the front page.  Realize, however, that most of the changes are currently taking place in the back pages as we set up.  Eventually, much of the content will be added to the left side menu, but for now the content is accessible via the upper menu.  We have been working primarily on the service pages and the Mortgage Flight Plan™, though we will back off these pages shortly as our efforts focus on beneficial content for all homeowners and not just about us.  Remember, we will likely launch before the site is fully set up and that means we need to focus on the consumer and you can always find out about us through the contact page.

There is still a lot of work to be accomplished as you can imagine and that work will not be completedly for quite some time.  With that in mind, please be patient with us and if you have any suggestions on items that should be added, we are open to hearing from you as the website is being designed to meet your needs.  Our surveys will be available in August, hopefully with an online edition as well.  We want this site to be the ultimate resource for mortgage seekers and any inputs you provide will be helpful.

If you have visited our website before, you will have noticed many changes to the style and, more recently, the addition of content already available to you.  This website was originated in the mind of Solid Rock Mortgage Corporation’s president, Robert D. Ashby, almost one year ago and finally is coming together as a much needed, never before heard of, concept.  Just think, whom have you ever heard has given professional advice for free on a regular basis with no alterior motive to try and sell something? 

OK, Mortgage Air™ does need to generate some revenues to justofy its existence and the time spent assisting homeowners and homeowners to be.  But, we are not looking for money from our clients, rather from advertising and even sponsors, both individual and corporate, whom believe in consumer protection.  We know that not every homeowner can afford the added costs of having an an unbiased professional on their side, even if it is low cost, therefore we are going to do it at no cost, with no obligations either.  At least, that is the intent and we are reaching out to the corporate world to help us.  All we ask from our clients is to fill out a survey and let us know how well we did, including how much money and pain we were able to save them.

Later on this month, we will begin a marketing campaign designed to let everyone across the United States know of our existence.  We do not have a set date for that campaign, but we suspect you will have no problem knowing when it begins and we will ask that those whom hear about us, pass our information on to everyone they know.  Keep in mind, we will likely start this campaign before everything is fully completed, but we will have enough finished to make this website, and its downloadable content, a great resource for every homeowner and first timer.
