With the mortgage industry in turmoil, the constant changes in regulations and the ease of being scammed have grown exponentially.  Solid Rock Mortgage Corporation™, located in Pembroke Pines, FL, saw a need for homeowners to have someone whom actually works in their favor, not the lender’s, real estate agent’s, or anyone else’s.  Robert D. Ashby, the owner of Solid Rock Mortgage Corporation™, took his mortgage and airline pilot experience and decided to turn it into a service that aides homeowners in a way nobody else can.

Bringing airline type statistics, along with his piloting experience, Mortgage Air™ is developing mortgage related statistics such as the following:

  • Mishandled Files™
  • Closing Percentages™
  • and more to come

Each mortgage company, and even mortgage originator, will be added to the database to develop the above statistics, with the best and worst published monthly after sufficient time to build records.  Mortgage seekers will even be able to inquire about anyone they are looking to do business with right down to whom they want to originate their loan with, allowing them to build expectations or avoid potential problems.  This is where everyone obtaining a mortgage comes in, as we need to collect the data.  If you would like to contribute your experience, please request a survey.  And please complete a survey for anyone you worked with, even if you did not close the loan with them since we are collecting a wide range of statistics.
